Return Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery, assuming the item is in  unused condition and its original packaging. In the event of a qualified return, we will refund the full order amount. Unfortunately, plates that have been unwrapped or unpackaged do not qualify for a return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@woodandwonder.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address such issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
